JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

QUALITY CONTROL (Tablet Formulation) – ANALYSTS/REVIEWER

• Qualification: M.SC/B.SC/B. PHARM/M. PHARM

• Experience: 3 to 8 years of experience in Tablet Formulation

• Analysts for HPLC/GC:

• Job Profile : At least three years of work experience on these instruments. Analyst should have handled software of Chromeleon/Empower. Have sound knowledge on the Good Chromatographic Practices. In addition, handling of troubleshoot of these instruments.

Reviewers for HPLC/GC:

• Job Profile: Have overall QC experience of 5+ years. At least three years of work experience as a reviewer for QC analysis. Reviewer should be well versed with the 21 CFR instruments of QC. Knowledge of handling HPLC software of Chromeleon/Empower. Have sound knowledge on the Good Chromatographic Practices and Good Laboratory Practices. Well versed with the audit trail activities of 21CFR instruments.

PRODUCTION (Tablet Formulation)

Officer/Sr. Officer-Production

• Qualification: B. PHARM/M. PHARM

• Job Profile: 1 to 5 years of experience in granulation, compression, capsule & coating areas for a regulated markets. FDA approval in tablet manufacturing would be preferred.

• Machine Exposure: FETTE, Sejong for compression and FBD, FBE, RMG for granulation.

• Officer-Packing

• Qualification: B.PHARM/M. PHARM

• Job Profile: 2 to 4 years of experience in tablet packing department for managing routine packing activities on high speed blister packaging lines equipped with cartonators and bottle packing line. Experience in handling of Track and Trace system, coordination of shifts and Batch Reconciliation.

• Associate/Technician-Packing/Production

• Qualification: DME/DEE/D. PHARM/BSC

• Job Profile: 1 to 4 years of experience in operation of blister machine/cartonator/bottle packing machines/granulation/compression/capsule & coating.
